A Tragic Loss

We have had a tragic loss in our family, as evidenced by the pictures below.

My dear sweet Olivia, who always copes perfectly well with change of any kind, lost a tooth. You would think a loss of this magnitude would be incredibly traumatic, but of course, you can see, it was not. At all. Not a tear was shed, not a scream, not a bit of sadness. Astonishing, really, considering how intensely painful it is to lose a tooth.
She seems to have been mollified by the crisp green dollar left under her pillow, and I think that things will soon return to normal around here.

I was going to suggest brand spanking uncirculated 2009 Native American dollar coins to ease her sorrow, but looks like a bill is sufficient.

Did it "fall" out, or was it helped along a bit? and by whom?

Poor girl. What a sad day. Kailyn is going to be jealous. Kailyn is impatiently waiting for her first tooth to come out (nothing is even loose yet).

How tragic! And oh, the magic of money. I loved the pic with her big tear and then John's grin in the corner. Too great! She is absolutely beautiful, by the way. That coloring! She's adorable!

Hooray for Livi! What a big day. Libby will be insanely jealous. We're thinking she's got a long, long time before she joins the club.

Too funny! Bodell considers losing a tooth a money maker. When she needs money, she starts working on her teeth so that she can get another dollar. Hang in there during night float. I always HATED that rotation.
